License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement governs your use of premium ASoc templates and the ASoc backend purchased at asoctemplates.com. Free editions published on GitHub are licensed separately under the MIT license. Buying a tier grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, perpetual license as described below — you own what you build, we keep ownership of the template code itself.

What each tier allows

• Single ($39): 1 premium template of your choice, in every framework edition (React, Next.js, Vue, Angular, HTML), for 1 developer. Unlimited end products for yourself, your company, or clients — as long as end users are not charged to access them.
• All-Access ($129): every premium template — current and future — in every framework edition, for up to 3 developers. Same end-product rights as Single.
• Full Stack ($249): everything in All-Access plus the ASoc backend, for up to 5 developers — including SaaS and commercial product rights: you may charge end users for access to products built on the templates and backend.

Examples

• ✓ A dashboard you build for a client — any paid tier.
• ✓ Your company's internal admin tool — any paid tier.
• ✓ Your portfolio or a free community project — any paid tier.
• ✗ A paid analytics product your customers subscribe to — requires Full Stack.
• ✗ Reselling, sublicensing or redistributing the template or backend source (including as part of a "starter kit") — never allowed on any tier.

Developer seats and accounts

Seats set how many developers may work with the code: 1 (Single), 3 (All-Access), 5 (Full Stack). Your asoctemplates.com account is separate from seats: one account per purchase, owned by the buying person or organization. Teammates may use the code within your seat count, but account credentials must not be shared outside the purchasing organization. We log download activity (see the Privacy Policy) and may suspend accounts whose credentials are shared publicly; contact support to resolve any suspension.

Upgrades and fairness

• Upgrading tiers costs the difference in price — contact support.
• A license is never revoked retroactively: anything you built while licensed stays licensed.
• Lifetime updates are included on every tier for the products it covers.

Warranty and liability

Templates and backend are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing in this agreement affects consumer rights that cannot be waived. Questions: support@asoctemplates.com.
