Refund Policy

Last updated: 2026-07-02

14-day refunds

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as you have not yet downloaded any of the premium templates or backend source included in your order — no questions asked. Free (MIT) templates are delivered separately through GitHub and never affect the refund status of a paid order.

Because premium products are delivered as instant downloads from your dashboard, downloading any purchased item counts as delivery and ends your eligibility for a refund on that order. Refunds are processed by LemonSqueezy, our Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method.

How to request a refund

Reply directly to the receipt email LemonSqueezy sent you when you purchased, or email support@asoctemplates.com with your order ID. We'll confirm the refund and LemonSqueezy will process it back to your original payment method; it may take a few business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider.

What happens after a refund

Once a refund is processed, your download access is revoked and the license granted by that purchase is void — anything you've already built with the templates or backend should stop using them going forward.

Abuse

This policy exists to remove purchase risk, not to provide free access. Because refunds are only available before you download, the download itself is the clear line — but we may still decline requests that indicate fraud, such as unauthorized payments or repeated buy-and-refund cycles. Payment disputes and chargebacks are handled by LemonSqueezy as our Merchant of Record.

EU and UK consumers

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital-content purchase within 14 days. By downloading a purchased item you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that this right to withdraw ends once the download begins — which is why refunds are available only before you download, as acknowledged in our Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer protection you hold under the laws of your country of residence.
