Terms of Service

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing asoctemplates.com or purchasing a license ("ASoc", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or complete a purchase. ASoc operates from Vietnam and serves customers worldwide. All purchases are sold and processed by LemonSqueezy as Merchant of Record — the seller of record responsible for payment processing, VAT/sales tax, and receipts — and these Terms apply the same way regardless of where you are located.

Accounts

You agree to provide accurate account information (name and email) and to keep it up to date. Each purchase is tied to one account, owned by the purchasing individual or organization — you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Checkout requires you to confirm, via a consent checkbox, that you have read and accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and, for paid tiers, the License Agreement before your order completes.

Purchases and payment

All purchases are processed by LemonSqueezy, our Merchant of Record. LemonSqueezy handles payment processing, calculates and collects any applicable VAT or sales tax based on your location, and issues your official purchase receipt. We never see or store your card details ourselves. Prices are shown in US dollars; LemonSqueezy may display an equivalent amount and applicable tax in your local currency at checkout.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with anyone outside your purchasing organization, or beyond the number of developer seats your license covers.
• Scrape the site, probe for vulnerabilities, or attempt to bypass access or download controls.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute downloaded template or backend source code — including as part of another bundle or "starter kit".

Rules specific to what you may build with the templates and backend are set out in the License Agreement.

Suspension

We may suspend or restrict an account where our download logs indicate credential sharing, abusive download patterns, or another violation of these Terms (see the Privacy Policy for what we log and why). Where practical, we'll try to notify you first. If your account is suspended, contact support@asoctemplates.com to resolve or appeal it.

Content and intellectual property

The asoctemplates.com website — its design, copy, and branding — is our property or licensed to us and may not be copied without permission. The rights you receive in the template and backend source code you purchase are set out separately in the License Agreement, not in these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the site and close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account for a material breach of these Terms that isn't resolved after we've given you notice. Termination of your account does not revoke any license you already hold — anything you built while validly licensed stays licensed, as described in the License Agreement.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, where ASoc is operated from, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protections you hold under the laws of your country of residence — where those protections are broader than what is written here, they apply instead. If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital-content purchase within 14 days of your order, which ends once you download the purchased premium files; see our Refund Policy for how that right is honored.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the product, our processors, or applicable law change. We update the "Last updated" date above whenever we do; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised Terms. We'll call out material changes that affect your rights on this page.
