Privacy Policy

What we collect

  • Account details: the email address and name you provide when you create an asoctemplates.com account.
  • Orders: purchases are processed by LemonSqueezy, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. LemonSqueezy collects your billing details and card information directly — we never see or store your card data ourselves.
  • Download events: when you download a purchased template or the backend, we log the event, including your IP address and browser user-agent string. We keep download logs for up to 24 months and use them solely to detect license and credential-sharing abuse, as described in the License Agreement.
  • Waitlist email: if you join a template waitlist, we collect the email address you submit and send waitlist updates through Resend.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless: it does not set tracking cookies, does not track you across other sites, and does not build a personal profile of you. Because we don't use tracking cookies, we don't show a cookie consent banner.

Emails

We send transactional emails — order confirmations from LemonSqueezy and account-related emails from us via Resend — that are necessary to fulfil your purchase or manage your account. If you join a template waitlist, we'll send a small number of related emails through Resend until you unsubscribe; every waitlist email includes an unsubscribe link.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing support@asoctemplates.com. Self-service account deletion is coming with the customer dashboard; until it ships, deletion requests are handled manually by support. Even after deletion, we retain order records — purchase amount, date, and receipt information — for as long as required by tax and accounting law; that data is kept solely for that legal purpose and isn't used for anything else.
